Scarborough resident Stephanie Guardino pushes 17-month-old daughter Angelina along Baxter Boulevard in Portland on Sunday, May 3, the return of “Sundays on the Boulevard” for a second season. Every Sunday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. through Oct. 25 the stretch of Baxter Boulevard between Vannah Street and Payson Park will be closed to vehicles and available for pedestrians, joggers, roller-bladers, skateboarders and bicyclists.
