TOPSHAM — Rep. Denise Tepler, D-Topsham, will hold public office hours on 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Aug. 29, in the gallery of the Topsham Public Library. All office hours sessions are open to the public. Tepler, a member of the Taxation Committee, is serving her first term in the Legislature and represents Topsham.
