KENNEBUNK — Otis L. Randall Jr., 84, of Kennebunk, passed away on Dec. 29, 2015.

Visiting hours will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer St., Kennebunk, on Saturday, Jan. 2, 2016, where a funeral service will follow at noon. Interment will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco.
