Eric Wochholz, curator of Historic Landscapes at Strawbery Banke Museum in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and Dr. Patricia Frohloff, an essential oils educator in Sanford, will present a unique lecture and demonstration on the production of essential oils using steam distillation at the Louis B. Goodall Memorial Library, 937 Main St., at 5:30 p.m. Topics will include the history and use of essential oils while making comparisons between the historical and contemporary methods of production.
