GORHAM — The New England Alliance honored Little East Conference champion University of Southern Maine women’s indoor track and field team with the “Relay of the Week” citation.
The foursome of Nicole Kirk, Liz O’Neal of Brunswick, Deonna DeSilva and Heather Kendall ran a 1:46.97 in the 200-meter relay at the Alliance Championship on Saturday.
Next up for the USM squad is a this weekend’s New England Division III Championships at Middlebury College in Vermont.
