3/8 at 4:28 p.m. Josh Kane, 23, of Smoke House Lane, Harpswell, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Old Brunswick Road on a charge of violating conditions of release.

3/5 at 1 a.m. Errol Staples, 31, of Faye Street, Topsham, was arrested by Officer Garrett Olson on Union Street on charges of operating under the influence and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Summonses

3/3 Alec Lemont, 25, of Spring Street, was issued a summons by Officer Garrett Olson on Spring Street on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

3/7 Edwin Morton, 37, of Cobb Road, was issued a summons by Cpl. Jason Aucoin at High Street and Whiskeag Road on charges of possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.
