BATH — Small Point Fisheries picked up its first win, defeating BMDA, 7-4., in Bath Cal Ripken action recently.
Chase Nicolino led the offense with a triple and scored two runs. Jansen Morrison had a single with two RBIs and Gabe Morrison added a double and an RBI. Elliot Harkins, Trevor Hanna, Cole Avery and Conner McNish helped with a single each.
Nicolino, Jansen Morrison and Sawyer Stead shared pitching duties, combining for 13 strikeouts.
BMDA was led by Thomas Guild and Gavin Baillargeon with two singles each. Ty Knowlton had a double, and Robert Reed and David Brown had singles.
Guild, Baillargeon and Wyatt Wallace pitched well.
