A 16-year-old male, of Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons at 3:17 p.m. at Cape Elizabeth High School by Sgt. Kevin Kennedy on a charge of imprudent speed.

Colin Harle, 20, of South Portland, was issued a summons at 4:05 p.m. on Cottage Road by Officer Ben Davis on a charge of operating after suspension.
