She was born in Gorham, New Hampshire, in 1930, and moved to Maine in 1948. She was the daughter of Oscar and Rachel Emerson.
She is survived by: a daughter, Irene Iezzi and husband, Jim; a sister, Phyllis Favreau and husband, Hubert; three nieces, Pauline LeBlanc and husband Marc, Shirley Dantonio and husband John, and Jessica Rogockio and husband Joseph; five grandchildren, Zoey, Caleb, Emma, Jenny and Eric; a foster daughter, Joanne Campbell of Rockland; and an uncle, Forest Manning.
There will be no visiting hours. Burial will take place at the veteran cemetery in Springvale.
