
Mary was the eldest of a set of twins. She married Gordon E. McAloney on March 31, 1966. They moved to Maine that same year after her husband retired from the service. They were both employed at the Brunswick Naval Air Station. Mary was a Supply Clerk from 1966 until she retired.
Mary was the most kind and giving person who always took care of everyone, whether you were family or not. She was an avid reader who often had several books going at once. She also enjoyed yard saling, cooking, knitting and especially her family.
She was predeceased by her parents Ralph and Anna; her husband Gordon; her twin sister Katherine Landis and her brother Ralph (Butch) Briskey.
Survivors include her siblings Betty Jane Hipple and Paul (Brian) Briskey both of Pennsylvania. Her children Judith Kingsbury, Kevin McAloney and Karen Cummings. Mary had 6 grandchildren and 4 greatgrandchildren.
Per Mary’s request there will be no service. She will be quietly laid to rest next to her husband in Oak Grove Cemetery.
