GREENVILLE(AP) — State police are investigating the death of a Greenville man who apparently had been involved in a rental property dispute say they don’t expect any major developments in the case immediately.
Police say paramedics found 32-year-old George Woodbury III non-responsive at cabins near Beaver Cove on Saturday night. The paramedics were responding to a 911 report of a physical altercation in progress.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday and the case is still under investigation. State police spokesman Stephen McCausland says he does not expect any major news on Monday.
Detectives came to the scene on Sunday to collect evidence and conduct interviews.
McCausland has said the Attorney General’s office will determine if charges will be filed.
