BRUNSWICK — A slow start didn’t deter Brunswick Orange in a 5-0 high school jayvee boys soccer win on Thursday over Oxford Hills.
With seven minutes remaining in the opening half, Cam Daly scored an unassisted goal to put the Dragons ahead. After Corbin Bouchard was fouled, Kameron Labbe sent a free kick to Nolan Lyne, who dribbled down the field before shooting into the cage to double Brunswick’s lead. Alan Poulin completed the quick uprising off a corner kick for a 3-0 lead at the half.
In the second half, goals by Nuri Rosen (Lyne assist) and Finn Mitchell completed the scoring.
