LISBON FALLS — Lucretia Ann Curtis, 73, resident of Summer Street in Lisbon Falls died Friday, November 4, 2016 at her residence following a long illness. She was born June 29, 1943 in Freeport a daughter of Omar Ray and Rita Elean (Croud) Gordon, Sr. She was educated in Freeport schools.
Lucretia worked for many years in are shoe shops in various capacities including time spent at Freeport Shoe as well as Eastland Shoe Company.
She loved to spend her free time reading. She loved animals especially her two beloved cats, “Brother” and “Sneezy”.
Survivors include her daughter Ramona L. Curtis and her partner Sherry Brewer of Brunswick, a brother Omar Ray Curtis, Jr. of NH, two sisters, Juanita Currier of Freeport, Kathleen Morrill of Freeport, a half-brother, Ronnie Easler of FL and a half-sister Virginia Veneziano of Maine.
Services will be private. Interment will be held at a later date in Gracelawn Memorial Park in Auburn. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Brackett Funeral Home, Brunswick.
