
She was predeceased by her husband Richard Bales and her son Richard Duane Bales She attended high school in Des Moines.
She was a military wife, loving mother and waitress. She enjoyed visiting the Casino’s as much as her family would allow her. She was a member of the VFW Auxilliary Club Moose Lodge and American Legion.
Surviving her are her daughters, Marcia Quinn and husband PJ of Groton CT and , Deborah Masse, with whom she resided. A brother Harry Glider and his wife Betty of AZ. Two nephews, Kevin Glider and Trae Glider. She was also survived by her grandchildren Michael Simard and wife Shelby of Charleston IL, Wendy Ayotte and husband Craig of Durham ME Nicole Eckert and her husband Alan of Brunswick ME, Joshua Masse and fiance’ Kim Mulholland of Topsham ME, Kaleb Quinn and fiance’ Ji Hyun Lee of Killeen TX, Cody Quinn of Groton CT. She also had 7 great grandchildren. We can’t forget her favorite companion Pepper, her poodle.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
