BIDDEFORD — Priscilla J. Rousselle, 80,  of Biddeford died on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at her home in Biddeford surrounded by her family.

She was born on Aug. 6, 1936 to Albert and Marion (Binnette) Laflamme in Biddeford. She attended St. Louis High School.

On Oct. 27, 1956, she married Roland Rousselle at St. Joseph Church in Biddeford.

She worked at various shoe shops early in her career. She moved on to Componants before opening a daycare. She then went to St. Joseph Rectory as a housekeeper and retiring from there in 2009. She had a very optimistic outlook on life. She adored cooking, especially for her family. She also enjoyed quilting, bowling and walks on the beach.

She is preceded in death by seven siblings, Bella Laflamme, Gerard Laflamme, Raymond Laflamme, Laurette Pothier, Herve Laflamme, Guston Laflamme and Pauline Larivierre.

Priscilla is survived byher husband of 60 years, Roland Rousselle; two sons, David Rousselle of Saco and Thomas Rousselle of Biddeford; two daughters, Theresa Howard of Biddeford and Dina Berthiaume and her husband Wayne of Biddeford; a brother, Fernand Laflamme of Florida; three sisters, Jeannette Grenier of Biddeford, Rachel Tourigny of Biddeford and Yoland Langevin of Saco; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Hope Memorial Chapel 480 Elm St., Biddeford, ME 04005. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at St. Joseph Church in Biddeford. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Biddeford.

Donations in Priscilla’s name may be made to St. James School, 25 Graham St, Biddeford, ME 04005.
