
On September 14th, 1968, she married the love of her life, Alfred Jorgensen.
She graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1963 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She worked as a cancer research scientist at Pfizer for several years, and then as a full time housewife and devoted parent to her two children.
She is predeceased by her sister, Grace (Hummers) Blumberg.
She is survived by her husband Alfred Jorgensen, her son John Jorgensen and his spouse Pamela Jorgensen, and her Daughter Mary Jorgensen and her spouse Tracy Norwillo. Her green burial and graveside funeral service will be held at noon on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Burr Cemetery, Freeport, Maine.
