BIDDEFORD — The Biddeford Police Department has released the names of individuals arrested or cited between May 3 and May 9:
• Adrian Unique Candelaria, 21, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with habitual motor vehicle offender, failure to register a vehicle and violating conditions of release at 11:32 a.m. May 3.
• Leonor Grace Blake, 35, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 12:56 p.m. May 3.
• Rex J. Middlesworth Jr., 64, of Biddeford, was arrested for operating under the influence on Alfred Street at 3:47 p.m. May 3.
• Fernando Soriano-Verdis, 37, of Saco, was arrested for unlawful sexual touching on Mariner Way at 4:41 p.m. May 3.
• Eric Scott Faulkingham, 37, of Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed for sale and/or use of drug paraphernalia at 11:13 p.m. May 3.
• Justin P. Cloutier-Campbell, 19, of Saco, was summonsed for possession of marijuana and sale and/or use of drug paraphernalia at 11:45 p.m. May 3.
• Michael Sargent, 34 of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants and violating conditions of release at 12:04 a.m. May 4.
• Ronald Clifford Pendleton, 29, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 12:43 a.m. May 4.
• Timiah Lyn Wilkins, 19, of Dunbarton, New Hampshire, was summonsed as a minor consuming liquor at 5:48 a.m. May 4.
• Genna Terese Marcin, 22, of Marlborough, Connecticut, was summonsed for driving without a license at 12:11 p.m. May 4.
• Adrianna Lynn Tolman, 19, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating conditions of release at 12:43 p.m. May 4.
• Daniel Joseph Melnick, 23, of Saco, was summonsed for violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and for sale and/or use of drug paraphernalia at 2:31 p.m. May 4.
• Jody Ann Auger, a 43-year-old transient, was arrested on outstanding warrants on Chapel Street at 8:53 a.m. May 5.
• Patricia Marie Wormwood, 49, of Biddeford, was arrested for shoplifting and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at 2:38 p.m. May 5.
• Andrew Bailey Kiviniemi, 36, of Laconia, New Hampshire, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug at 3:04 p.m. May 5.
• Amanda Jean Boilard, 26, of Lyman, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol following a motor vehicle crash on Granite Street at 1:37 a.m. Saturday.
• Henry Arthur Lavalliere, 68, of Biddeford, was summonsed for operating with a suspended license and violating conditions of release at 8:20 p.m. Saturday.
• Maurice Angus Diggins, 33, of Waterboro, was arrested and charged with burglary, possession or transfer of burglar’s tools, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and for violating a probation hold at 10:02 p.m. Saturday.
• Kevin Joseph Hamilton, 43, of Biddeford, was summonsed for violating conditions of release at 10:54 p.m. Saturday.
• Deborah Lee Vovolakis, 52, of Biddeford, was summonsed for trespassing and charged with criminal trespassing and violating conditions of release at 9:51 a.m. Sunday.
• Joseph Anthony Marquardo Jr., 48, of Springvale, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 2:09 p.m. Saturday.
• Two 14-year-olds were summonsed for shoplifting and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at 2:44 p.m. Saturday.
• Brandon Ronald Bernardini, 27, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 3 p.m. Saturday.
• Ryan Daniel Bezio, a 25-year-old transient, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 6:50 p.m. Saturday.
• Mary Margaret Leeman, 54, of Biddeford, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release and criminal mischief at 7:47 p.m. Saturday.
• Michael Edward Merchberger, 51, of Dayton, was arrested for operating under the influence of alcohol at 12:31 a.m. Monday.
• Lee K Fogg, 41, of Biddeford, and Vanessa Raw Vermette, 30, of Portland, were arrested and charged with engaging a prostitute at 1:10 p.m. Monday. Vermette was also charged with violating a probation hold.
• Warren Edward Cortese, 53, of Biddeford, was arrested on outstanding warrants at 3:29 p.m. Monday.
• Deborah Lee Vovolakis, 52, of Biddeford, was summonsed for trespassing and charged with criminal trespass and violating conditions of release at 4:03 p.m. Monday.
• Mark Anthony Jerome, 58, of Saco, was arrested for violating bail conditions and charged with operating with a suspended registration, using a counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker and violating conditions of release at 11:16 p.m. Monday.
• Timothy J. Johnson, 25, of Biddeford, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order at 9:16 a.m. Tuesday.
