THORNTON, Colo. — Norman C. Guay, 79, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, in Thornton, Colorado.

He was born Feb. 14, 1938, to Arthur and Louise Guay in Biddeford, Maine. Norman served in the U.S. Navy and enjoyed woodworking, spending time with family and old westerns.

Survivors include: his wife, Lorraine; his two daughters, Joyce Richter of Florida and Rita Aughey of Colorado; his two sons-in-law, Jeff Richter and Art Aughey; three grandsons, Adam, Craig, and Brandon and their wives/fiance; two great-grandchildren, Ashton and Charlotte; a step great-grandson, Ryley; a sister, Simone Guerin of Biddeford; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; his grandparents; his in-laws; three brothers, Ralph Guay, Donald Guay, and Andy Guay; and a sister, Gabrielle Labelle.

A time of gathering will be held oat 2 p.m. Sunday, May 28, at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home in Sarasota, Florida.
