GARDEN CITY BEACH, S.C. — Roger R. Lebel, 69, of Garden City Beach, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 28, 2017.
A celebration of life will be held at noon Sunday, June 4, 2017, at the Fleet Reserve Association in Goose Creek, South Carolina.
