ED CARON of the Brunswick Masonic Lodge United # 8 Charities Corp presented Lt. Fred Dunn of the Topsham Police Department with 100 Hannaford gift cards, each worth $20, in an effort to foster positive community relationships. The gift cards are to be distributed by his officers while on patrol when they see a resident in need or to someone they see doing a good deed. The Brunswick Masonic Lodge United #8 implemented this program in 2016 with the Brunswick Police Department and based upon its success decided to continue this year with the Topsham Police Department Department.
