BIDDEFORD — The following individuals were arrested or issued a summons by Biddeford Police from March 8 to March 14, 2018:

• Steven J. Jacko, 41, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault.

• Jacqueline C. Moneypenny, 18, of Waterboro, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

• Kenneth G. Marcotte, 54, a transient, was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

• Jared W. Vitters, 39, of Saco, was issued a summons for displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate.

• Kimberly M. Nichols, 52, of Biddeford, was arrested for a probation hold.

• Paul W. Dervis, 63, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• Russell J. Schultz, 50, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failing to make an oral or written report and violating conditions of release.

• Tylor S. Morency, 20, of Saco, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while license suspended or revoked and violating conditions of release.

• Ashley L. Rosenbloom, 26, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

• William A. Buckland, 19, of Sanford, was issued a summons for assault and criminal threatening.

• Aurelie A. Swasey, 36, of Kittery, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

• Ru Chen, 27, of Brooklyn, New York, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• John F. Chase, 60 of Biddeford, was issued a summons for assault.

• Paris Shepherd, 27, of Biddeford, was arrested for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief.

• Johnny Kelley, 57, of Saco, was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle without a license.

• James Crosman, 61, of Biddeford, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (shoplifting).

• Riley P. Thibodeau, 19, of East Parsonsfield, was arrested for threatening display of a weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.

• Jamie M. Chase, 23, of Scarborough, was arrested for domestic violence assault.
