Robby was predeceased by his mother Betty Lewis, father Max Baucom, brother Michael Baucom whom he cherished so much.
He is survived by sister Sherrie Tolbert; four children Donegan Baucom, Amanda Bennett, Jessica Bennett, Jason Baucom; five grandchildren; many family members; mother of three of his children and close life long friend Susan Alexander; several more friends who’s lives he touched.
Robby was a great father who loved his children, last one to eat, last one to bed. He was a great friend, a good man who served his country in the US Army. He loved classic rock, sitting in the sun, baby girl, having a good time, laying with Arrow (cat), hanging with the Baucom Boys, chillin with Dylan, seafood, westerns, giving the peace sign. His birthday request: H & H, a blonde with blue eyes. Perfect hair, didn’t want to look like a goober. He will be greatly missed and loved forever and always.
A celebration of life will be held on April 22nd, 2018 1pm at Bath American Legion, followed by a graveside burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in early spring.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
