I started in May of 2009, when the market had taken a downturn. I saw an opportunity to get into the business and to learn as much as I could.
Real estate was a natural fit for me because of my background in service. It allowed me flexibility while raising our two boys, and that was really important to our family.

Buyers …
For buyers, I can’t stress enough that “settling” on a home is not an option. They must love the house they are buying.
It can be an emotional process, so my job includes making the transaction as seamless as possible, and preventing any undue stress. Due to lack of inventory, today’s market is incredibly challenging for buyers. Patience and trust go a long way.

And sellers
For sellers, it’s all about strategy when listing their home for sale. You get one shot to make that first impression, and it better be a good one! Professional photos and staging are musts. Realistic pricing is paramount.

Last year, I grossed just under $8 million in sales totaling 27 transactions. But more than anything, I take great pride in the service I extend to my clients.
This is why 99 percent of my business comes from referrals; 95 percent of the homes I list and sell go under contract within 10 days of being listed, and multiple offers lead to my clients getting more than the asking price for their homes.
