The MEMIC Group has hired Lara Heal as director, managed care services.
Heal, of Westbrook, has more than 20 years experience in the health care industry with 10 years as a director, case management and vocational rehab services at Unum.

Barrett Parks has joined MEMIC as a safety management consultant.
Parks, of Woodland, most recently worked for the state as an assistant engineer designing drainage systems. He is a Maine registered engineer-in-training, certified logging professional and commercial driver.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has announced that Patricia Lanoue is now affiliated with the company’s Saco office as a sales associate. A Saco resident, she will provide residential real estate services in York and Cumberland counties.

Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that Michele Perejda has been hired as a senior vice president.
Perejda, an investor who is a resident of the Munjoy Hill neighborhood in Portland, has been practicing real estate for more than 17 years.

PROMOTIONS
The MEMIC Group has announced the promotion of Karen Flaherty to director, financial operations, and Kristen Wintle to director, compensation and benefits.
Flaherty, of Portland, first joined MEMIC in 1995 as a financial accountant. She was promoted from senior accountant to manager of financial accounting operations in 2015.
Wintle, of Windham, joined MEMIC in 1996 as a human resources coordinator and became payroll administrator in 2002.
