In the years that I have known Linwood Higgins, he has displayed exceptional knowledge on how State House business is conducted. His prior terms in the Maine House, I believe, would be a tremendous asset to the citizens of Scarborough representing House District 28. He has held positions on various legislative committees and is a former town councilor. He understands both the educational and business needs of our state. I hope everyone voting will take the time to review his record and support Republican Linwood Higgins on Nov. 6.
