WESTBROOK — An information session on the regional school service center question on the Nov. 6 ballot will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at the school district’s administrative offices next to the high school, according to Westbrook Superintendent Peter Lancia.
The referendum question will ask voters whether Westbrook schools should enter into an agreement with 10 other area school departments to form the Greater Sebago Education Alliance Regional Service Center. The regional service center would focus on joint food purchasing; joint professional development; recruitment for substitute teachers and other employees; and English Language Learner student intake.
