Ratib art show winner

The GFWC Westbrook Woman’s Club has announced the winners of its annual high school art show: Mennah Ratib, first place,  Emily Chayer, second, and Mia Pilsbury, third. Ariana St. Clair finished fourth and MacKenzie Wight received honorable mention.

The club said 30 pieces of art were entered in the show.

Gift of life reminder

The Westbrook Knights of Columbus Council 2219 is sponsoring an American Red Cross Blood drive from 1-6 p.m. Monday, April 8, at St. Hyacinth’s Church Hall (St Anthony Parish) on Brown Street.

Photo exhibit at library

The “Bridges of Friendship” Sister Cities Photography Exhibition at Walker Memorial Library in Westbrook continues through the end of April.

The exhibit features work by photographers from Greater Portland and Archangel, Russia.

After April, the 60-print exhibition will move to the Windham Public Library for May and June.
