BIDDEFORD – Marcel Beaulieu 81, passed away peacefully on Aug. 26, 2022 at his home surrounded by family.

He was born in Packington, Quebec on June 7, 1941, the son of Ulric and Aline Beaulieu. He was employed for many years by Jerry Allie Construction.

Marcel enjoyed going to camp with Jerry, brook fishing, ice fishing, gardening, making maple syrup, playing Easter Bunny for his grandchildren, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.

Marcel was predeceased by his sister, Marquise Landry and her husband Gaetan, and brothers-in-law Vallier Morel and Aurele Dumont.

He is survived by his wife, Adrienne Labbe Beaulieu; his son, Marc Beaulieu and his wife Arlene, his daughter, Marquise Beaulieu Hebert; brothers Paul Beaulieu and his wife, Carole and Viateur Beaulieu and his wife, Claire, sisters Monique Dumont, Francine Morel, Marjolaine Dallaire and her husband, Denis; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Meetinghouse Hill Cemetery in Hollis on Thursday, Sept. 1 at noon followed by a reception at Dennett, Craig and Pate Funeral Home, 13 Portland Rd., Buxton.
