License your doggie

The 2023 dog licenses are now available. The state of Maine requires all dogs 6 months and older to be registered with their municipalities. To license your dog, you will need a valid Maine Rabies Certificate and a spay/neuter certificate, if applicable. Spayed/neutered dogs are $6 to license while unaltered dogs are $11.

Dog licenses may be completed at Town Hall, over the phone if current information is on file, or online at doglicensing.com until Jan. 31. Dog license renewals completed after Jan. 31 will be charged a $25 late fee and must be done at Town Hall.

For more information, call the Town Hall at 929-5191.
