The American Journal welcomes Letters to the Editor, which appear in our print edition and ePaper and on our website. The letters may be up to 300 words. But what if you’ve got more than 300 words to say about an American Journal article you’ve read or a local topic you’re passionate about? The American Journal also welcomes readers to submit columns of up to 600 words for the Forum feature on our Opinion page. The column must be exclusive to the American Journal and signed by the writer with confirmation contact information provided. We can’t promise to run each submission, but we review each one we receive with the intent to publish it. Send any questions or your Forum submission to editor@theforecaster.net.
