Mike Adams has joined Bangor Savings Bank as a new vice president and senior fiduciary officer and counsel for the company’s wealth management group based in Portland. Adams received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Maine and his JD from the University of Maine School of Law. Before he started his legal career, he served as a combat engineer for the Maine Army National Guard for six years.

Ashley Daigle

Bath Savings Trust Company has hired a new vice president and trust officer. Ashley Daigle will develop investment strategies for clients in her new role. She has worked in Maine’s financial services industry for nearly 10 years and received a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the University of Maine.

Hospice of Southern Maine has hired 17 new employees. Jamie Cyr is the organization’s new finance manager; Timothy George has been named a chaplain; Karen Page is now a donor relations officer; Stacy Paradis is a clinical operations director; David Patterson is an IT manager; Laurie Fougere and Toby Sifton are RN case managers with the home hospice program; Monica Carver, Alexis Harris and Evelyn Morey are hospice aides; Keirsten Littlefield and Christine Turner are clinical nurse managers; Nancy Pezzullo is a team support nurse; Lydia Pepi, Bryndi Richards and Anne Taylor are RNs; and Heather Rogers is a social worker.

Micki Francombe

Christopher Stephenson

The Boulos Company has promoted two people following the departure of its president Jessica Estes. Christopher Stephenson will become managing director and Micki Francombe will become senior vice president of administrative operations. Stephenson has over 10 years of digital marketing experience and received his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and his MBA from the University of Southern Maine. Francombe joined the company in 2001 and holds a bachelor’s degree from Marist College. Estes, who worked for The Boulos Company for 21 years, will become an advisor to the commercial real estate group.

Teddy Piper

Teddy Piper is now an owner of RE/MAX By The Bay in Portland. Piper began working for the company in 2012 and has held various management roles, most recently overseeing listing and buying transactions. He joins Michael Banks as an owner. Founder David Banks has stepped down as an owner but will continue to be the group’s lead broker.

Allen Insurance and Financial has promoted Brandy Schofield to director of the benefits division. Schofield has been a benefits account manager at the insurance and financial service company for 17 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Husson University.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Genesis Community Loan Fund has appointed three new members to its board of directors: Denise Cilley, Diane Small and Mike Ross. Cilley is the associate director of the Sunrise County Economic Council in Washington County, Small is the executive director of Sanford Housing and Ross is the vice president of commercial real estate at M&T Bank.
