Adrienne Vivian Laroche (nee Nadeau), 85, of Athol, Massachusetts, passed away on May 17, 2024.

She was born on March 27, 1939 to Fabiola and Adrien Nadeau in Hollis, Maine, and grew up in Saco and Biddeford.

Adrienne was a loving, fun, and curious individual who kept up with current events and popular culture. She was a huge football fan, especially of the Patriots. She loved all animals and cherished her family, who loved her deeply.

Adrienne is survived by: her daughter, Deb Brohaugh and her husband Luke of San Marcos, Texas; her sons, Dan and his wife Jen and Dennis and his wife

Debbie of Athol, Massachusetts, and Michael of Lunenburg, Massachusetts. She was also a beloved Memere to Justin and his wife Erin, Shannon and her partner Derek, Gibson, and Sophia and her partner Connor. Adrienne already loved and was eagerly anticipating the arrival of her great-grandchild, Morgan, in June.

Adrienne was predeceased by her former husband, Leo E. Laroche; her son, David A. Laroche; her great-aunts, Elise and Rose Roberge; and great-uncle Eugene Roberge who raised her.

Adrienne graduated from St. Andre’ High School in Biddeford, Maine, in the class of 1958. After marriage, she was a homemaker and later worked in various manufacturing jobs before finding her true calling as a jewelry sales associate. She retired as the lead associate in the jewelry department at Sears in Leominster, Massachusetts in 2004.

No services will be held per Adrienne’s wishes. In lieu of flowers, contributions to any animal welfare charity of your choice would be appreciated.

The Fiske, Murphy and Mack Funeral Home in Orange, Massachusetts, is assisting the family with arrangements.
