Bar Harbor Bank & Trust has hired Christopher Rugullies as a senior vice president and regional relationship manager. Rugullies has worked in commercial banking for over 2o years and previously served as senior vice president and commercial market manager at Camden National Bank. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Maine.

Scott Stefanowicz
Spinnaker Trust has hired Scott Stefanowicz as director of portfolio management and trading. A graduate of Clemson University, Stefanowicz has over 20 years of experience and previously worked as portfolio manager at Key Private Bank.
PROMOTIONS

Stacy Stitham
Brann & Isaacson has promoted Stacy Stitham to managing partner. Stitham, who has been at the firm since 2006, has also served as the president of the Maine State Bar Association and is currently on its board of governors as well as the board of the Maine Justice Foundation. Stitham graduated with honors from Harvard College and Harvard Law School and taught business law at Thomas College for over a decade.

Matthew Lewis
The board of directors at Four Directions Development Corporation has appointed Matthew Lewis as its next executive director. Lewis joined Four Directions in 2012 for a year and returned in 2021 as the director of operations following seven years as a business adviser for MaineStream Finance.

Nancy Kennedy
Nancy Kennedy will serve as the next president of the Chewonki Foundation. Kennedy has been at the foundation for over a decade, most recently as the acting president for the past two years. She graduated from the University of Maine and holds a Master’s of Divinity from Bangor Theological Seminary and a doctorate from the University of New Hampshire.

Ryan Dumond
Ryan Dumond has been promoted to the role of senior vice president and director of bank financial technology company partnerships at Bangor Savings Bank. Dumond, who has been at the bank since 2002, previously helped oversee the organization’s emerging payments initiatives.
GENERAL
The fourth generation of the Beaulieu family will be the new owners of Springer’s Jewelers. Lilly Mullen, Zoe Garcia and Eddie Beaulieu will take over for their father, former president Rick Beaulieu, who is retiring from the company after 50 years.
