Grady Hawkes, 4, helps her mother Sara Hawkes haul a barrel of gravel down a new nature trail at Prides Corner Elementary School Saturday. Volunteers have helped build bridges and clear the trail during the past few weekends. The trail will be used by Prides Corner students at recess and as an outdoor classroom, but, Principal Janet Crawford said, “it’s for the whole community.”
