Arrests

Jade M. Monahan, 29, of Harpswell, was charged on a Bath Police Department warrant for unpaid fines at the Salvation Army on Pleasant Street at 2:16 p.m. Feb. 19.

Joseph E. Fortin, 28, of Largo, Fla., was charged on a warrant from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency for unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs at his River Road residence in Brunswick, according to Brunswick Police, at 12:08 a.m. Feb. 20.

Haven John Willis, 40, of Brunswick, was charged with violating conditions of his release after police conducted a welfare check at Tedford Shelter at 3:11 p.m. Feb. 18.

Richard Alston Doucette, 56, of Brunswick, was charged on four warrants after an investigation at Tedford Shelter at 9:45 p.m. Feb. 21. The warrants are failing to pay a fine out of West Bath District Court and failing to appear out of Auburn Superior Court, in addition to two warrants out of Cumberland County District Court for failing to pay fines.

Stephen Joseph Deschaine II, 25 of Topsham, was charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop on Maine Street at 11:14 p.m. Feb. 17.

Christopher Lawson, 37, of Brunswick, was charged with operating without a license after a motor vehicle stop on Bath Road at 8:13 p.m. Feb. 19.

Matthew Lawrence Shockley, 22, of Freeport, was charged with possession of marijuana after a motor vehicle stop near Domino’s on Maine Street at 9:48 p.m. Feb. 20.
