SAMANTHA OWEN, daughter of Michael and Dorothy Owen of Bowdoin, graduated with a bachelor of medical science degree from the University of New England on May 19, 2012. She also was recognized as a “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and College” for outstanding merit and accomplishment during an awards presentation on April 24.
