Taken from the roof of the S.D. Warren Power Station, this photo shows a view down river. The small bridge in the foreground connected Dana Street to an old mill on what was referred to as Yudy’s Island, because the building was used for years by Yudy’s Tire Company as a warehouse. The bridge in the background was the old iron bridge on Bridge Street, which was replaced in 1957 by the current bridge. The single-story building to the left of the bridge was Stultz Electric Company which was demolished to make way for One Riverfront Plaza.
