Farrington not a candidate

Dave Farrington, D-Gorham, who served two terms, isn’t seeking the Democratic nomination as a candidate for Maine House District 130, representing parts of Gorham and Buxton.

But Farrington, 40, didn’t rule out seeking office again in the future.

“At this point, I want to get back to teaching full time,” Farrington said this week.

Farrington currently serves on the Education and Cultural Affairs and previously on Business, Research and Economic Development Committee.
