The Westbrook Police Department is seeking assistance from the public to solve a series of recent thefts along Bridgton Road, according to Police Chief Bill Baker.

Between Jan. 8 and Feb. 6, four local businesses reported thefts. According to police, the incidents were:

On Jan. 8, wheels and tires stolen were stolen from a car at American Motors, 41 Bridgton Road.

On Jan. 24, at around 7:45 p.m., Swan’s Concrete Products, 674 Bridgton Road, reported pallets stolen. An onsite camera captured a photo of pickup truck driving away with the pallets.

On Feb. 5, Lake Region Imports, 608 Bridgton Road, reported a stolen plow.

On Feb. 6, Mazziotti’s Motor Works, 26 Bridgton Road, reported a stolen truck door.

Police are looking for help from the public to identify the driver of the pickup truck from the Jan. 24 incident to solve that theft, as well as the others.
