The Westbrook High hockey team upped its record to 8-3 on Saturday at USM Ice Arena in Gorham with an 8-0 win over Sanford (0-10). The Blue Blazes got a hat trick from Scott Heath, who also added two assists.

Tommy Lemay added a goal and three assists, Tyler Rand had a goal and two assists, and Matt Brooks, Derrick Payne, and Dane Tupper all contributed a goal.

The Blazes outshot the Redskins 37-11. Zachary Joy made 11 stops in net to earn the shutout for Westbrook.
