The Westbrook American reported on Feb. 26, 1964, that Gladys Austin was to help cut the cake when the North Scarborough Grange celebrated its 55th anniversary with an open house on March 2.

Harold Nason of Bar Mills was acting postmaster there, where Frances Sands held the post for many years.
