BOWDOIN — Paul B. Osnoe of Bowdoin, ME, passed away on June 1, 2013.
He was born on Aug. 3, 1948, to Leonard M. and Iona C. Lachance of Topsham, ME.
He was a Vietnam vet and was proud to serve in the United States Navy and worked most of his life in construction as well as at BIW. He also served the community as a part-time deputy for Sagadahoc sheriff department, and a Boy Scout leader for many years. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, trapper and fisherman.
He was a loving husband to Patricia (Neely) Osnoe, a wonderful father of three, Jole (Kevin) Holcomb of MI, Patrick (Cassie) Hardee of Bowdoin, Troy (Stephanie) Hardee of Bowdoinham, and a loving Papa of six grandchildren, Justin, Ryan, Kora of MI, Cassie, Tasha, Chase of Bowdoinham. A beloved friend to many.
Memorial services will be held at the Bowdoinham Fire Station on Post Road, Thursday evening June 6 from 6-8 p.m.
He was predeceased by his father, and three brothers Calvin, Wayne and Stanley.
Survivors include his mother of Topsham, ME; two brothers, Barry of Plymouth, MN, and Dana of Brunswick, ME; one sister, Gwen Schultz and husband Brian of Plymouth, MN; three aunts, one uncle and oodles of cousins.
