TOPSHAM — The Mt. Ararat Middle School eighth-grade softball team finished its season Monday with a 10-4 win against the Bath Middle School Destroyers.
Morgan Johnson pitched for the home team, while Marissa Parks and Dory Kulis pitched for Bath.
Mt. Ararat (6-3) had 11 hits, with Kayleigh Temple getting three singles and scoring two runs. Chloe Beattie and Nichole Ricker each had two singles, and Zoe Stilphen, Kelsey Scannevin, Natalie Ormsby and Johnson had one single each. Isabella Benner and Ricker each scored two runs, while Kate Graeff, Stilphen, Ormsby and Johnson scored one run each.
For Bath, Mikayliah Albertson, Olivia Falbe and Kulis each got hits. Sierra Wallace, Kulis, Vanessa St. Pierre and Parks all scored runs.
