Rep. Kimberly J. Monaghan-Derrig, 55, a Democrat from Cape Elizabeth who has held the District 30 seat since 2011, was re-elected. A marketing analyst who has served on the Cape Elizabeth school board, she won 63 percent of the vote.

Her opponent, social worker Pauline S. Wilcox, 63, is a Republican from Cape Elizabeth who was making her first run for elective office.

The district includes part of Cape Elizabeth.
