More than two dozen teams clashed at Class A States on Saturday, June 4. The event unfolded at Hampden Academy, with the Scarborough boys and Falmouth girls taking the team titles by respectable margins over their nearest competitors. The best local team finish came from the stalwart Lady Scots, who frequently battle for a place on the podium at the big meets and this time round finished fourth as a unit.

Bonny Eagler Elisabeth Redwood scored three second-place finishes to help elevate her squad. Meanwhile, Windhamite Ernie Ruby took first place in the 100, reprising the role of Dash Champ from the Indoor season.
