Ronald C. Hall

PORTLAND – Ronald C. Hall, 76, passed away on Jan. 29, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. The son of Donald E. and Yvette (Chaput) Hall, he was born in Lowell, Mass. on Dec. 9, 1944.

Ron served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam era. He was a partner for 30 years in Noyes, Hall & Allen Insurance Company (formally Noyes & Chapman).

Ron’s lifelong hobby was owning Fords from the 1940’s and 1950’s era, he also enjoyed collecting Ford books and anything Ford related. Ron favorite place to be was at his summer camp on Crescent Lake in Raymond. He loved old Chris Craft and Lyman boats. He was known around the lake as “the man in the old Chris Craft”, as he took his nightly 6 o’clock cocktail cruise, while waving to everyone on the shore.

He was predeceased by his parents, his mother-in-law Cynthia Clarkson, and his uncle and aunt, Mark and Terry Hall.

He will be missed by his wife of 47 years, Elise “Lisa” Hall; his son Adam J. Hall; and his two beloved granddaughters, Penelope and Ruby Hall. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Christine Fleuriel, his brothers-in-law Andre C. Fleuriel and Marc C. Fleuriel; and an uncle, Norman Hall.
