I have to say something about the Portland Press Herald’s printing Bob Englehart’s syndicated editorial cartoon in Tuesday’s paper (May 11, Page A10).
I can’t believe the paper would print something that would make a comparison between terrorists and the Republican Party.
I have subscribed to the paper for a very long time, and I feel that the paper’s editorials and general reporting favor the Democratic Party agenda.
I can live with that. But I feel that printing this cartoon is way over the top and deeply offensive to anyone who might support any part of the Republican Party agenda.
