Christian and Anna DeLuca reopened their Brea Lu Cafe Monday at 511 Main St. in Westbrook. The couple closed the restaurant at its former lCumberland Avenue location last spring and planned to reopen on Main Street in June, but the plans were delayed after a fire in an outbuilding damaged some of the new restaurant equipment they were preparing to install.
