Mary Elizabeth (Hebert) Watson
SACO – Mary Elizabeth (Hebert) Watson, 72, of Saco, passed away peacefully in her home on Feb. 23, 2025, with her husband and daughters by her side. Mary was born Sept. 4, 1952, to Margaret Banks (McCrum) Hebert and Albert Joseph Hebert, Sr. of Mars Hill, Maine.
Remaining to cherish Mary’s memory are her loving husband, Gary; her two daughters, Alison Fongemie and her husband Jacob Fongemie of Tenants Harbor, Jessica Prohn and her husband Douglas Prohn of North Grafton, Mass.; five grandchildren, Jacob and Ethan Prohn, Elias, Oliver, and Opal Fongemie; two brothers Athill Banks Hebert and his partner Sandy Huck of Caribou, and Dr. A. Joseph Hebert, Jr. and his wife Pamela Hebert of Joe’s Pond, Vt.; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Mary will also be sorely missed by her family and many beloved friends, especially Pia and Steven Seddon and their family.
A private celebration of life will be held in the spring.
