Born and raised in Saco, Maine, Alexis is a recent graduate of the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor's degree in English. Before joining Mainely Media, she interned with Portland Monthly Magazine. Alexis' favorite topics to write about while with the magazine were holiday events, things to do while traveling in Maine, and the chowder articles.
